Data request

This page explains how to ask Evos about the personal information we hold, and how to have it corrected, deleted, or excluded from business-visitor identification. It supports the rights described in our privacy policy.

What you can request

• Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — fixing information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Deletion — erasing your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt-out — excluding you from analytics and from the business-visitor identification described in our privacy policy.

How to submit a request

Email hello@getevos.ai with the subject line “Data request” and tell us:

• The type of request (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out).
• The email address or other details you have used with us, so we can locate your information.

How we handle it

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on it. We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. There is no charge for a reasonable request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
