When you submit a form on this site — to contact us, request a demo, or apply for a role — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, the topic of your enquiry, and any message or links you include. Job applications may also include a portfolio or LinkedIn URL.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical information — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar usage data — to understand how the site is used and to keep it fast and reliable.

Business-visitor identification

On a portion of US business traffic we use a third-party service to identify the company, and in some cases the individual professional, associated with a visit, so we can follow up with businesses that show interest. This identification is based on publicly and commercially available business data, not on information you provide. If you would rather not be identified this way, contact us at hello@getevos.ai and we will honour the request.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.
• To contact businesses that have shown interest in Evos about our products and services.

Analytics and tools we use

We rely on a small set of reputable providers, each acting on our behalf:

• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — privacy-friendly traffic and performance measurement.
• PostHog — product analytics, configured in a privacy- conscious, cookieless mode by default.
• Microsoft Clarity — aggregate heatmaps and session replay to diagnose usability issues.
• RB2B — the business-visitor identification described above.

These providers process data under their own terms and our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site is designed to run with minimal cookies; our core analytics are configured to avoid identifying cookies where possible. Some third-party tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers to function. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
